Andy is professional guitarist and teacher, having achieved his ATCL Performance Diploma from Trinity College London. He has been teaching music for over 10 years, in which time he has taught Undergraduate Degree, A Level, and GCSE students in addition to working with Primary schools. He completed his Masters Degree in 2007 and PGCE in 2010, and taught at The Manchester College of Arts and Technology and then The Manchester College, where he was employed as the Programme Leader for Music. He returned to North Lincolnshire in 2015 and has been teaching the KS1 and KS2 music curriculum and working as a technician for live events and recordings in both Lincolnshire and London. He currently performs professionally in function bands playing either guitar, drums or electric bass guitar, working mainly at weddings and corporate events. 

In addition to music performance and teaching, Andy also works as a freelance sound engineer and regularly records local musicians in the wonderful acoustic spaces there are around North Lincolnshire. He has currently been working with a number of classical guitarists and luthiers to record high quality audio for showreels and other promotional products.
